Annual Chili Supper/Book Fair/Art Display
A GREAT BIG thank you is in order for the PTO who helped fund the annual Chili Supper and Book Fair at Morley. Parents, staff members, and our V.I.P.s donated food for the event.
Morley staff members organized (with Kathleen Morris as the chair person) and staffed the event.
OUR CHILI SUPPER WAS A SUCCESS! Teachers and the Morley staff served over 500 bowls of chili to our children and their families on Thursday night at our Book Fair, Chili Supper, Art Display, and Picture Retake night. We appreciate each and every child, parent, PTO members, and all who support excellence in education at Morley School!

At the end of the evening, chili, cinnamon rolls, carrots, trail mix, and other food was loaded in the People’Äôs City Mission van by Mr. Erickson and Liz, Mission van driver, for others to enjoy! |

PTO BOOK FAIR
Hard at work, ordering more books, selling books, and shopping for books are Book Fair Co-Chair Mrs. Laurie Petty-mother of Jessica and Alex, along with Mrs. Michelle Buckwalter-parent volunteer and mother of Andrew and Benjamin, and Andrew. What a successful Book Fair it has been! Thank you to all of the volunteers, and a special thank you to Co-Chairs Mrs. Petty and Mrs. Claudia Messineo-mother of Julia and Sophia, for all of the time, organization, care, and support for putting books in the hands of our children, parents, and staff at Morley. We love the Book Fair and all that has been done to make it happen in such a successful way! We are so thankful for our PTO and parent volunteers.
