Welcome to the Morley Elementary WebsIte! It is an honor to serve the Morley Elementary School community as the principal. This will be my 25th year working for Lincoln Public Schools, and it is a privilege to lead our students, families, and staff.

May Morley Elementary School, located at 6800 Monterey Drive, in Lincoln, Nebraska, opened its doors in 1961 to students in kindergarten through sixth grade. An eight-member faculty, comprised of seven women and one man served the children. The east Lincoln school served a neighborhood that was expected to grow quickly due to community expansion. The original architecture took into consideration this growth factor and allowed for building additions in the near future. In 2009, through a building improvement plan, Morley added six new classrooms and an administrative wing. Additional improvements and renovations throughout the remainder of the building were also completed at that time.
